After realising “Sydney wasn’t big enough” Laurie Hurley headed west at just 19.
After being inducted as a life member in 2019, Laurie recently stepped down from the board of the Liquor Stores Association of WA after a near 30-year involvement.
As you’ll hear Laurie recall, “back then the reps would go around with suits, ties, felt hats..,..now, you get guys coming in with a t-shirt and jeans selling craft beer”.
